Yong-Gon Chon
CEO & Co-Founder
Yong-Gon brings more than 25 years of experience building and leading global security teams. He is co-founder and Managing Partner at GroCyber and was previously CEO of Focal Point Data Risk. Mr. Chon sat on the boards of RiskRecon (acquired by Mastercard) and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB). He also led the cyber division of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and has held senior leadership positions across numerous cyber security organizations.
Henry Praw
CTO & Co-Founder
Henry Praw is a seasoned cyber security and privacy expert with over 25 years of experience across various industries, including financial services, real estate, and entertainment. As the former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at OpenTable, he led critical initiatives in cyber security, governance, DevOps, and network operations. Henry specializes in governance frameworks such as SOX, SOC2, and NIST, and holds a JD from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor's from Yeshiva University, combining legal and technical expertise to navigate privacy complexities.

The Beginning
Yong-Gon and Henry met and began a professional relationship that would eventually lead to Privaseer.

The Idea

Full-time Commitment
Henry left OpenTable to begin work on Privaseer full-time, marking a significant milestone in the company's formation.
